Arkema’s General Manager EMEA, Fluorochemicals, is the grand winner of the 2018 Next Leaders Award¹.

Mélanie Jourdain, age 38, is one of the few women to have full responsibility for a European income statement at a major industrial company. A graduate of the French engineering school École Polytechnique, her goal as a leader is for everyone to be aware of the contribution they make.
